I offer psychological counseling, psychotherapy, and personal development for adults experiencing difficult periods, fears, anxieties, depression, or relationship difficulties. For children and adolescents, I provide psychological counseling and therapy addressing low self-esteem, psychosomatic issues, anxieties, withdrawal, panic attacks, bad habits, emotional outbursts, and relationship problems. My services include school readiness diagnostics, consultations, individual or group preparation for school, the Maxík Comprehensive Stimulation Program, and Neurodevelopmental Stimulation. Additionally, I have 13 years of experience in lactation counseling, supporting mothers and babies through breastfeeding challenges. I also lecture on topics such as inclusion, primary prevention in schools, psychology, personal development, child-rearing, mental health, emotions in children and parents, child defiance, socio-emotional skills, and the development of children with disabilities in kindergartens.
